Q.
Who is the underlying carrier for PNG?
A. All customers are provisioned to Qwest (or Touch
America), Qwest, Williams,, All Areas Are Available
throughout the USA.
Q.
How will I know if I'm switched to PNG?
A. Just call (toll free) 1-700-555-4141 from each of your
lines after you have allowed 5-7 business days, and listen
for new service, or contact your local telephone
company to see if you have been switch. DO NOT SWITCH
yourself unless you have been instructed by PNG Customer
Service.

What do I do if I miss my verification call?
A. Just call us, at 866.321.5452, we'll verify for you.
Q.
What are the PNG billing options?
A. PNG is a direct-billed service, which means customers
will receive a separate statement each month for their
service. You can either pay your bill by check or by AutoPay
OPTIONAL e-Billing online, ask customer service..
Q.
What are the billing increments?
A. We only have two rates, 2.9¢ (1 Minute Increments) and 4.5¢ Programs, the length of your calls are
measured (and billed) in 6 second increments. The minimum
length of each call is 18 seconds.

Under what name will the charges appear on my phone bill?
A. Customers will receive a separate statement directly from
PNG.
Q.
Does PNG offer calling cards?
A. Yes. The Travel Card rate is currently 9.9¢ per minute.
All calling card calls will be included in your monthly
bill. Stand-Alone Travel Card customers will receive a
separate bill.
Q. Does
PNG credit switching fees?
A. Yes! Just write your PNG account number on your Local
Phone Bill (with the switch fee) and fax it to the PNG
Customer Service Department at 513-942-5579. You may also
mail it to PNG via US Mail (their address will appear on
your invoice).
Q. How
long should it take for service to be activated?
A. Please allow 5 to 10 days for the switch-over to take
effect pending credit approval. The average has been 5 days
after application, toll free numbers are activated much
quicker.. The process is setting up an account for you
with PNG, then the order is sent to your local telephone to
do the switching, and although we may be very fast at PNG
for the process, much depends on your local carrier.

we contact for activation problems?
A. Call PNG Customer Service after you have an account
number at 877-599-3087.
Q.
Can I order PowerDial and OnePlus service, and toll
free number together?
A. Yes. You can order one, or all of
PNG's services at the same time. Just let the telecom PNG
Representative which services you are interested in.
